Ecorva AI
Last updated: 26 January 2026
Ecorva AI is operated by Jack Flynn trading as Ecorva AI, Birmingham, United Kingdom. By using this website, applying for the beta, or using our software applications (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Applications for the beta and general enquiries are submitted through forms hosted by Tally, which open in a new tab. Submissions are reviewed manually by us. Submitting a form does not create an account, does not guarantee access to the Service, and does not create any paid subscription.
Please do not submit ecological records, client documents or protected-species location data through those forms.
The Service is currently a free, limited, invite-only beta. It is not publicly available and there is no public download or installer. Approved testers receive private install instructions by email.
Beta access is provided free of charge, may be limited in scope, and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Any pricing shown on this website is planned and non-binding; nothing is on sale and there is no public self-service subscription or automatic renewal.
The Species App uses an account for authentication and licence checks. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Credentials must not be shared. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Use of the Service is subject to fair use. Excessive or abusive usage, including attempts to circumvent security measures or disrupt the service, may result in suspension or termination.
Our applications process ecological data (species records, survey data, site coordinates) locally on your device; those records are not transmitted to us. The applications do make a limited number of external connections: Supabase for authentication and licensing, postcodes.io for postcode lookups, OpenStreetMap and Esri for map tiles, and our support inbox, which only receives what you choose to send us. You are responsible for backing up your own data and maintaining appropriate security on your devices.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable tools, outputs generated by our software may contain errors or inaccuracies. Ecorva AI makes no guarantees regarding accuracy or completeness. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs before use in professional reports or submissions. Ecorva AI accepts no liability for decisions made based on software-generated content.
All content, software, and functionality of the Service remain the exclusive property of Ecorva AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Beta access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your business purposes.
We may suspend or withdraw beta access at any time, including for suspected misuse or breach of these Terms.
We may terminate access immediately where these Terms are materially breached. Provisions intended to survive termination (including limitations of liability and intellectual property) will continue to apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By using Ecorva AI services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
